The Diploma in Culinary Arts (DCA), 9-Months training program comprising Six months of intense hands-on training combined with conceptual theoretical knowledge followed by three months full time industrial internship, prepares students for a rewarding career in the International world of the culinary arts.

The program has been designed with a view to integrating diverse skills and knowledge about the hospitality industry and strong foundation in food preparation. Students learn skills vital to their success in the industry, including nutrition, food preparation, sanitation principles and essential cookery. Language training, management tools and techniques form an essential part of the program which equip the students with a high level of capability to perform in the most competitive multi-cultural environment internationally.
