Facilities and Support

Antonis Library:
The library is fully stocked with more than five thousand books for the students to refer to for research work during their studies. Audio-visual section of the library offers the world’s best and the latest resource to the students to draw upon it for enhancing their knowledge and skills in the modern perspective of the hospitality, travel and tourism industry.
2 Computer Labs:
To enable the students to enhance their computer skills, two fully equipped computer labs are available. To enrich the learning experience of the students, the internet service in the Computer Labs allows the students to access information of the hospitality, travel and tourism industry around the globe. 

Air-conditioned Lecture Rooms:
All lecture rooms are air-conditioned to provide the students a comfortable environment during their studies at the college.

Hoteliers Conference Hall:
 The Hoteliers Conference Hall is flexibly designed and equipped to hold multifarious events at the campus.
International Office:
International Office of COTHM is globally connected with hotel and culinary schools/colleges/universities of international repute to facilitate students’ credit hours transfers. On completion of studies at COTHM, the International Office provides professional assistance and guidelines to the students to pursue their further education abroad. It ensures smooth admission process and credit hours transfers to the Hotel Schools/Universities of their choice. It facilitates students to participate in the international events of the hospitality, travel and tourism industry to gain international exposure. 

 COTHM Manpower International (CMI):
COTHM MANPOWER INTERNATIONAL (CMI) is a manpower service provider entity of COTHM which maintains strong linkages nationally and internationally. It is creates access for the students of COTHM to avail the best available job opportunities in the ever-expanding hospitality, travel and tourism industry globally.

3 Training/Commercial Restaurants:
Practical training of the students is arranged at the in-house and off-premises restaurants which have been designed with a view using these facilities for commercial as well as for the practical training.   
5 Training Kitchens:
In-house training kitchens have been designed with a view to imparting culinary training in the most modern perspective of the culinary practices around the globe. All kitchens are fully-equipped to conduct the practical sessions of the students.

Board Room:
The in-house board room facility has been developed for holding executive meetings and forums with hospitality, travel and tourism industry stakeholders.

Student Cafeteria:
The students’ cafeteria has been set up with specific needs of the students in mind. Hygienically managed and maintained student cafeteria provides the students an inspiring atmosphere to dine in and be engaged for their academic discussions.
