The Achieving Curricular Excellence Scholarships are need-based form of financial-aid made available to the students in recognition of performance or special talent. They are available to all students (local and international) after their first semester at the College and consist of tuition fees reduction for the following semester. To be eligible, students must not have F (fail) in any of their courses. The percentage reduction will be a function of their academic performance as follows:

Tests and Examination
Regular progress tests and final examinations are conducted for all courses as per the policy. Students who fail may be allowed to re-sit certain examinations or to repeat one course thereof at the discretion of the academic committee of the college.
Lectures take place from Monday to Saturday. A certain amount of free time is accorded each week during office hours for personal matters. Students regularly participate in activities and assume duties in every area of hotel operations and become familiar with all aspects of hospitality management.

COTHM reserves the right to make minor changes to the courses and the conditions without prior notice.
Courses and Awards
The program comprises a series of courses for different awards. Students who hold diplomas from other hotel schools recognized by COTHM, may get transferred directly to the programs of COTHM. The entry level will be decided by COTHM as appropriate.
Students who have intermediate or equivalent education can apply for admission.
International Students who have completed high school (12 years) or equivalent can apply for admission. Since the number of places is limited, students will be admitted in the order in which their applications are received. Accepted students will be notified in writing. If all available places have been allocated, those students who have ticked the appropriate box on the application form will be put on the waiting list. The administrative work related with Pakistani visa, if applicable, and resident permit will be coordinated by international office of COTHM.
