COTHM offers a variety of accredited programs. COTHM prides itself on getting its students ready for the working world as soon as they graduate. Using work placements, co-op education and various interactive teaching methods, it is a champion in experiential learning.

Admission Detail

A student wishing to attend COTHM shall complete an application form. This application form shall be signed by the student and his-her financial sponsor. The application form and any attachments shall be completed truthfully and where a student knowingly or unknowingly provides false or misleading information the College Council may require the student to leave the college without any entitlement to a refund of fees.

  • Visit, email or call our Admission Office.
  • Come in and meet our team to get the detailed information.
  • Fill in the Application Form provided.
  • Pay Registration Fee of 15000/- & Submit your form.
  • Enclose following documents with the admission form (duly attested).
  • One photocopy of CNIC or domicile of student and father/guardian.
  • Attested copies of academic records including mark sheets, degrees /certificates, diplomas.
  • 4- Passport size photographs (Attested at back side).
  • Experience Letter (if applicable).
  • English Proficiency Certificate(if Applicable).

Admission Policies

Application Form

The application form and any attachments shall be completed truthfully and where a student knowingly or unknowingly provides false or misleading information the College Council may require the student to leave the college without any entitlement to a refund of fees.

The College Council may specify that students who wish to commence a course of study shall apply for admission by a particular date. An application submitted after that date will not necessarily be accepted. And if accepted will incur such late admission fee as the College Council may determine from time to time.

Language Pre-Requisite

Each student applying for entry to the College shall submit with his or her application such evidence as the College may require from time to time of proficiency in English (reading, writing, oral and comprehension). Numbers of students to be admitted to any program and may determine the method by which students will be admitted.

The Academic Council may require any student to undergo any oral or written examination set by the Academic Council to confirm such proficiency.Status / subject Exemption COTHM may grant status or partial status for prior studies and work experience. However taking final examination is compulsory.

Payment of Fee

Each prospective student shall include with his or her application for admission for each semester a deposit of an amount determined from time to time by the College Council.Such deposit shall be non-refundable. The fees shall be paid by the local and international students on prescribed due date after the issuance of Acceptance Letter.Failure of a student to comply strictly with these requirements can seriously compromise his/her situation concerning enrollment,academic results etc. and COTHM will not be responsible for the consequences of a student failing to notify the College of a change of address.

Students who wish to withdraw from any program shall make application through the Director.Refund payments shall be at the sole discretion of the College Council and all decision relating thereto shall be final and conclusive.The College shall treat all applications and negotiation for withdrawal in strict confidence.A student who is expelled or suspended shall have no right to any refund of payment made.The COTHM course is to be undertaken continuously from Semester 1 to its completion.

Any student who wishes to discontinue is free to do so and student who has discontinued wishing to re-enroll at a later date must make an application to the Enrollment Office. Any student who wishes to re- enroll at a later date can be reinstated according to his / her level determined by the Enrollments Office and new fee shall apply to all re-enrolled students.

We at COTHM understand that it could be difficult for some students to afford their course fees, therefore we have introduced an academic performance base scholarship on the below programs. Qualifying discount will only apply to 2nd, 3rd or 4th term/semester and cannot be claimed as cash.

Hotel Management Programs

On Percentage of 95% or above Student will receive 100% Scholarship on tuition fee 90% or above Student will receive 50% Scholarship on tuition fee 85% or above Student will receive 20% Scholarship on tuition feeCute. 80% or above Student will receive 10% Scholarship on tuition fee

Culinary Arts Programs

The following Scholarship policy will apply to Students of Diploma in culinary arts (DCA), Advance Diploma in culinary arts (ADCA) and Graduate Diploma in International Culinary Arts (GDICA).

Criteria : 1st (first) Position holder is Eligible to receive 15% Scholarship on tuition fee 2nd (Second) Position holder Eligible 10% Scholarship on tuition fee 3rd (Third) Position holder Eligible 5% Scholarship on tuition fee

Scholarships on First Tuition Fee

Old COTHM Students Discount : Old students are entitled up to 10% concession on the first tuition fee.

Kinship Discount : Kinship and siblings of the current students are entitled to 10% concession on the first tuition fee.

Difficulty in Learning Discount : Student with learning difficulties are entitled to 10% concession on the first tuition fee.

Government & Armed Forces Employee Children’s : Government & Armed Forces employee Children’s are entitled to 5% concession on the first tuition fee.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for and supports the multifaceted academic needs of the college community in the areas of grading, degree audit, academic advisement reports, student data, enrollment and degree verification, transcripts, central class scheduling, final exam scheduling, implementation of academic policies, records management, articulation and awarding of transfer credit and diplomas. The Student Response Center (SRC) provides walk-in assistance for services relating to these areas. The Office of the Registrar along with the SRC offers assistance to all students, staff, faculty, parents and the university community. For further details contact:

Degree Verification Verification Form

If the organization requesting verification has its own form, students or parents should complete the portion of the form with their information and then attach the Enrollment Verification Certificate from the Clearinghouse or an official transcript. The COTHM does not complete such forms.

The Office of the Registrar will hold diplomas for students whose diploma was returned due to an incorrect address for one year after the degree conferral date. After that, the diploma will be destroyed and the student will need to order and pay for a replacement diploma.

On completion of studies at COTHM, the International Office provides professional assistance and guidelines to the students to pursue their further education abroad. It ensures smooth admission process and credit hours transfers to the Hotel Schools /Universities of their choice. It facilitates students to participate in the international events of the hospitality, travel and tourism industry to gain international exposure.
